ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Swifr, Planning Director; and Katherine Ferreira, Recording <br />Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Bob Wright, and Chair Geoff <br />Cooper <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Kumaran <br />2. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />a. Consideration of the scope and the process for a proposed specific clan for the east side of <br />Pleasanton. <br />Chair Cooper announced that this is the second hearing on the consideration of a proposed plan for the <br />east side of the City of Pleasanton. He noted that Commissioner Kumazan was unable to attend <br />
