MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Barker stated that she would like to see a breakdown of how the San Francisco <br />water property is used. <br />Commissioner Dove commented that at the time the Commission reviewed the Coffee Roast <br />Express application, he understood that there could not be a second-story use specifically <br />because of traffic and parking concerns. He noted that there is now a large sign on the property <br />advertising the second story for lease. He also expressed concern whether the establishment has <br />complied with the condition for handicapped access. Mr. Higdon agreed to investigate both <br />issues. Ms. Seto reported that City building inspectors have been alerted to the advertisement <br />for a second story lease and are working with staff in reviewing the conditions. <br />8.
