Hap~v Valley Specific Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />Public review and comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared for the <br />860-acre Happy Valley Specific Plan Area located in the currently unincorporated land <br />south of Sycamore Road.
