Mr. <br />Iserson stated that he sent the owner a letter, and he assumed that she had addressed the <br />problem. He agreed to look into this matter further and send a notice for the owner to reappear. <br />Commissioner Wright also asked Mr. Iserson for information relating to Jay's Auto Sales. Mr. <br />Iserson responded that staff had a meeting with him and his attorney before the holidays. Staff <br />expects to hear from them next week with a plan, noting that the matter will probably be on the <br />agenda within the next month or so. <br />Commissioner Barker related her involvement with the Downtown Trails Commission and the <br />School District Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, she asked Mr. Iserson to investigate <br />a trailer she has noticed permanently parked on Second Street and Neal. He agreed to follow-up <br />on that. Finally, Commissioner Barker stated that she enjoyed working with Harry Lutz on this <br />Commission, and she will miss him. <br />Commissioner Kumaran also voiced his pleasure in working with Harry Lutz. He stated that <br />he valued his participation on the Commission and his presence will be missed. <br />Commissioner Dove reported that he recently learned Kids Are People, Too, is leaving its <br />location on Main Street. Also, the Antique Shop is vacating its premises and will be replaced <br />by a new bank. Finally, he reported that he was surprised by Mr. Cordtz's comments relating <br />to the $3 per station transportation fees since he has spoken extensively with Bill van Gelder and <br />understood that the test run would be highly subsidized. He offered to find out some additional <br />information and report on the issue again at the next meeting. <br />Chair Cooper requested that Mr. Iserson provide the Commission with an updated report relating <br />to the trails master plan, and he agreed to do so. <br />8. FUTURE PLANNING CALENDAR <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br />Commissioner Barker stated that she would like to discuss growth management at the <br />Joint City Council/Planning Commission Workshop on January 27, 1998. <br />b.
