RESOLUTION NO. 85-351 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-4 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary to <br /> ordering the roadway improvements in North Pleasanton Improvement <br /> District No. 1982-4, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br /> and now makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showing the boundaries of <br />the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The-Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br /> older the improvement described therein under the Municipal <br /> <br />! provement Act of 1913, and directed the Director of Public Works <br />of the City of Pleasanton, as the Engineer of Work for the <br />assessment district, to prepare the report required by Section 10204 <br />of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> A. Roadway Improvements <br /> <br /> The acquisition, construction and installation of roadway <br /> improvements described below, together with the <br /> acquisition of necessary lands and easements for roadway <br /> widening, public utilities, landscaping, curb returns at <br /> all intersections and pedestrian pathways where required. <br /> <br />1. Stoneridge Drive widening and improvement to a six-lane roadway <br /> from Foothill Boulevard to Route 680. <br /> <br />2. Stoneridge Drive widening and improvement to a six-lane roadway <br /> from Route 680 east to Hopyard Road. Hopyard Road widening and <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
