Three new homes will be developed on the remaining lots along with
a revised access lane, and three new garages to the existing homes. There are only
three "Protected Trees" remaining on the site, consisting of one 18" diameter Pecan,
one 7 %' diameter Aristocrat Pear, and one 9" diameter English Walnut.
