EXHIBIT B <br />Payment Schedule <br />1. Compensation. <br />A. CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for structural, life safety, architectural and/ or Title <br />24 energy plan review services rendered in accordance with the percentage of the plan <br />review and hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. CONSULTANT shall submit invoices, not <br />more often than once per month, based upon the work completed. CONSULTANT shall <br />be paid an amount for each full plan review project equal to fifty-five percent (55%) of <br />the plan review fee collected by the City of Pleasanton. Plan review includes a first <br />review of a complete set of all plans and documents submitted by a building permit <br />applicant and a subsequent review of any additional submitted material from a building <br />permit applicant based on comments generated by the plan reviewer during the first <br />review. Revisions, additional plan reviews beyond the second review and other all other <br />plan review services including non-permit fee projects will be billed on an hourly rate of <br />ninety two dollars and eighty three cents per hour ($92.83/hour). There is no over-time <br />rate associated with this Agreement. Other payment schedules maybe considered at the <br />sole discretion of the CITY or if the CITY changes its collection method or fee schedule <br />or if requested by the CONSULTANT and agreed to be the CITY. <br />B. The CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for on site plan review services which include <br />all infrastructure to be constructed outside of buildings between the building foundation <br />and the property line rendered in accordance with the percentage of the plan review and <br />hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than <br />once per month, based upon the work completed. CONSULTANT shall be paid an <br />amount for each full onsite plan review project equal to thirty percent (30%) of the plan <br />review fee collected by the CITY for non National Pollution Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) onsite plan reviews and forty percent (40%) when NPDES is a <br />requirement of the onsite review. A full plan review includes the first review of a <br />complete set of all plans and documents submitted by the building permit applicant and a <br />subsequent review of any additional submittal material from a building permit applicant <br />based on comments generated by the plan reviewer during the first review. Revisions, <br />delayed submittals and additional plan review beyond the second review and other non- <br />pernut fee projects will be billed on an hourly rate of $92.83 per hour. There is no over- <br />time rate associated with this Agreement. Other payment schedules maybe considered at <br />the sole discretion of the CITY or if the CITY changes its collection method or fee <br />schedule or if requested by the CONSULTANT and agreed to be the CITY. <br />C. The CITY shall pay CONSULTANT for plumbing, mechanical, electrical and/ or fire <br />sprinkler plan review services rendered in accordance with the percentage of the plan <br />review and hourly rates stated in this Exhibit. For plumbing, mechanical, electrical and/ <br />or fire sprinkler plan review services rendered the CITY shall pay $92.83 per. <br />
