Jessica Hoshen, AIA, Reel Grobman & <br />Associates, for Comerica Bank <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval for design review to install an automated <br />teller machine (ATM(), night deposit box, and wall-mounted light on the south wall <br />facing Division Street for Comerica Bank located at 600 Main Street. Zoning for the <br />property is C-C (Central Commercial), Downtown Revitalization, and Core Area Overlay <br />District. <br />Action recommended: Deny the appeal, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's <br />approval. <br />Action taken: Denied the appeal, thereby upholding the Zoning Administrator's approval <br />per staff, with ad additional condition that any future exterior modifications <br />to the building, including awnings, etc., shall be reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Vote: 5-0. <br />Commissioner Fox left the meeting at this point. <br />PAP-126, Phil Blank, Appellant (PDRW-6, Kelly Pepper/Town Consulting, for <br />T-Mobile. Applicant) <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval for design review to redesign the existing <br />tower to house a wireless facility for T-Mobile to be located at the existing McDonald's <br />building located at 3001 Bernal Avenue.
