CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-298 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (PARAMEDIC) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Alameda County, regarding <br /> Emergency Medical Services (Paramedic), a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, with an expiration date of July 1, 1985. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes continued negotiation of another contract <br /> that will be more beneficial to the City. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 18, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F~E~NETH R.
