II <br /> GAS MAIN E~TENSION~ Cored. <br /> <br /> wSp, cld~ <br /> <br /> I, <br /> Each applicant for service and persons requesting an extension tn advance of applications for <br /> service will be required to execute contracts coverinS the terms under which the Utility will in- <br /> stall mains at its own expense or contracts covetint main extensions for which advance deposits <br /> will be made in accordance with the provisions of the tariff schedules. Periodic im <br /> The Utility will review Its coats of construction of main extensions annually and shall prepare a <br /> "eraplated tariff revision when such costs have changed by more than ten percent since the <br /> ~vtsion of the charge for excess footage as used in Section B.3. Contemplated revis,~ons shill <br /> be sub'·dated to the Commission for review in proposed form when prepared and not less than <br /> thirty days prior to any contemplated filing date. <br /> <br /> 3. A/wrnsdve Room <br /> Where applicable laws or regulations prevent the utilization of what otherwise would be the <br /> shortest practicable route for main extensions for the purpose of delivering gas service to the <br /> applicant, the applicant shall, subject to the pruvisiomm of this rule, provide the Utility an aTterna- <br /> tire right of way satisfactory to it. ._ <br /> <br /> 4.
