Public Hearing: PUD-99-01-05M, Steven and Laura Spencer -Introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 1978 approving the application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) to reduce the rear and side yard setbacks for a swimming pool at the property located at 8031 Oak Creek Drive Public Works 15. Approved plans and specifications; reviewed bids; rejected the bid of Nema Design Construction; awarded and authorized the City Manager to execute a contract with North Valley Construction in the amount of $206,366 for Annual Curb and Gutter Replacement, CIP No. 075009; authorized the transfer of $97,638.72 from CIP No. 075003 (Annual Resurfacing of Various City Streets) to Project #075009 and authorized the Director of Public Works to approve and execute change orders for a contingency amount not to exceed $41,273.12 16. Reviewed and approved the Engineer's Report and Budget and set public hearing for 2008-2009 annual assessments for the following Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Districts: Adopted Resolution No. 08-197 declaring the intent to order improvements and Resolution No. 08-198 directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1984-1: Ponderosa Adopted Resolution No. 08-199 declaring the intent to order improvements and Resolution No. 08-200 directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1; Windsor Adopted Resolution No. 08-201 declaring the intent to order improvements and Resolution No. 08-202 directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-2; Bonde Ranch Adopted Resolution No. 08-203 declaring the intent to order improvements and Resolution No. 08-204 directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1994-1: Oak Tree Farm Adopted Resolution No. 08-205 declaring the intent to order improvements and Resolution No. 08-206 directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1; Moller Ranch 17.
