CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Administrative Services <br />Approved regular and special meeting minutes of May 20, 2008 as corrected and regular <br />meeting minutes of June 3, 2008 -Cook-Kallio abstained from a portion of June 3rd <br />minutes <br />Citv Manager <br />2. Approved modifications to the Down Payment Assistance program to create a new <br />maximum of $20,000 for loans that funded 100% from City funds; and approved the <br />allocation of $300,000 from the Lower Income Housing Fund <br />Councilmember McGovern said the City was reducing the loan to $20,000 from $60,000, she <br />confirmed with the City Manager that the item could be reviewed in six months if it does not <br />work well for the community. <br />3. Adopted Resolution No. 08-214 amending the Economic Vitality Committee Membership <br />4. Approved a Purchase Agreement between the City and the County for the acquisition of <br />the Transportation Corridor and authorize the City Manager to sign the final agreement on <br />behalf of the City <br />Councilmember McGovern referred to the staff report and announced that the City will gain 429 <br />parking spaces downtown. <br />Community Development <br />5. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />6. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1980 approving the application of <br />Steve Maestas and Mike Carey for a PUD rezoning of Approximately .22-acre parcel from <br />the RM-4,000 (Multiple-Family Residential) District to the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development-High Density Residential) District located at 204 Kottinger Drive - <br />McGovern & Sullivan voting no <br />Finance <br />7. Approved Fiscal Year 2008-09 Recurring (Open) Purchase Order Agreements <br />Parks and Community Services <br />8. Approved a supplemental appropriation and the expenditure of $84,709 from the Callippe <br />Golf Course Replacement Account for the first phase of the Sand Bunker project <br />9.
