amount of assessments and charges cancelled; the amount of delinquent <br />penalties, interest and costs collected; the compensation paid to the County; <br />and the amount of assessments and charges distributed to the City. <br /> <br /> 7. Except as expressly provided herein, the City shall compensate <br />the County annually for the services performed in an amount equal to one and <br />seven-tenths percent (1.7%) of the assessments and charges actually collected <br />by the County for the City. The City shall compensate the County annually for <br />services performed involving Improvement Bond Act of 1915 assessments at the <br />rate set forth in Street and Highways Code Section 8682, as amended. <br /> <br /> 8. This Agreement shall continue in force from fiscal year to <br />fiscal year provided that either party may terminate it at the end of any <br />fiscal year by giving the other party written notice of its intention to <br />terminate by April 30.
