<br />At the last Planning Commission meeting, the applicant stated that if the Planning
<br />Commission has concerns regarding the proposed 40% FAR, the Chrismans would be
<br />willing to keep the home sizes that were allowed for the previously approved production
<br />homes. Some of the Commissioners commented that this may be a reasonable
<br />solution.
