15 <br />THE CITY OF <br />--- CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />j~L£~S~4NTONo <br />August 19, 2008 <br />Public Works Department <br />TITLE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7399, SILVER <br />OAKS ESTATES (BERLOGAR PROPERTY) <br />SUMMARY <br />Tract 7399, Silver Oaks Estates, is comprised of a 9 lot single-family detached custom <br />residential subdivision developed by Frank and Barbara Berlogar. The subdivision is <br />located on the south side of Old Vineyard Avenue (Vineyard Trail) in the northwestern <br />portion of the Vineyard Corridor. The public improvements for this subdivision are <br />complete and ready for formal acceptance by the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tract 7399, Silver <br />Oaks Estates (Berlogar Property) listed below. <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There will be nominal costs associated with the routine maintenance of water lines, <br />sanitary sewers, storm drains, and roadway facilities when the public improvements are <br />accepted. <br />
