Section 8. The City Council requests that the Alameda County Board of Supervisors <br />order that this election be conducted by the Alameda County Registrar's Office on November 4, <br />2008, in conjunction with the statewide General Election on that date, with the actual costs for <br />said election to be reimbursed by the City to the County. <br />Section 9. That in all particulars not recited in this resolution, the election shall be <br />held and conducted as provided by law for holding municipal elections. <br />Section 10.
