Page -2- <br /> <br /> I, Overtime, Supervisors directed to work overtime by their <br /> i[{qYf~ion chief may be compensated for said overtime either <br /> th~.-ough mo~etary payment or compensatory time off at the <br /> option of the employee, Supervisors may also be compensated <br /> for overtime hours worked in emergencies where prior. approval <br /> of their division chief was not feasible, Monetary overtime <br /> payment shall be calculated at one and one half times the <br /> employee's regular rate of pay, Compensatory time off shall <br /> be calculated at one and one half times the overtime hours <br /> worked, Compensatory time which accrues in excess of forty <br /> (40) hours must be liquidated by monetary payment, All such <br /> monetary payments for overtime must be paid not later than <br /> the next by-weekly payroll following the pay period in which <br /> the overtime was worked, Utilization of compensatory time <br /> off shall be by mutual agreement between the division chief <br /> and the supervisor, <br /> <br /> J, Remova!._fr. om Bargaining Group, The supervisor's classifica- <br /> tion shall be removed from the bargaining group represented <br /> by PCEA, Supervisors shall be included in the management <br /> group as unrepresented employees, <br /> <br /> <br />
