Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. C. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the employee. Additional life insurance coverage to be available at the expense of the employee. D.Long-Term Disabi.lity. Fully paid premiums for long- term disability ~nsurance. E. Vac. ation. 1. One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service- ten (10) vacation days. 2. Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - fifteen (15) vacation days. 3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous service - twenty (20) vacation days. 4.- Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - twenty-five (25) vacation days. · F. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in City and County Credit Union. G. Holidays. ttolidays shall be as set forth in Section 1109 ~'f the Personnel Rules except that; the state-wide election day is deleted and a floating .holiday substituted, and Veteran's Day shall be observed on the eleventh day of the e].eventh month. Effective March. 1, 1982, Admission Day and the two (2) hours between,. 1:00 P.M. ,'and 3:00 P.M., on Good Friday shall be eliminated as holidays. In exchange for the elimination of these two days as holidays the annual vacation entitlement of managemerit personnel shall be increased by twelve (12) hours. .. tt. Retirement.
