Det~t:;.tl. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> C. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance <br /> with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br /> employee. Additional life insurance coverage to be <br /> available at the expense of the employee. <br /> <br /> D.Long-Term Disabi.lity. Fully paid premiums for long- <br /> term disability ~nsurance. <br /> <br /> E. Vac. ation. <br /> <br /> 1. One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service- <br /> ten (10) vacation days. <br /> 2. Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - <br /> fifteen (15) vacation days. <br /> 3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous <br /> service - twenty (20) vacation days. <br /> 4.- Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - <br /> twenty-five (25) vacation days. <br /> <br /> · F. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and <br /> participate in City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br /> G. Holidays. ttolidays shall be as set forth in Section 1109 <br /> ~'f the Personnel Rules except that; the state-wide election <br /> day is deleted and a floating .holiday substituted, and <br /> Veteran's Day shall be observed on the eleventh day of the <br /> e].eventh month. Effective March. 1, 1982, Admission Day and <br /> the two (2) hours between,. 1:00 P.M. ,'and 3:00 P.M., on Good <br /> Friday shall be eliminated as holidays. In exchange for the <br /> elimination of these two days as holidays the annual vacation <br /> entitlement of managemerit personnel shall be increased by <br /> twelve (12) hours. .. <br /> <br /> tt.
