A public hearin9 was heZd on <br />December 5, 1984 before the Human Services Commission to discuss <br />proposed City projects, consider other projects, and list them in <br />order of priority. <br /> <br />Zt is anticipated that the City wi~Z receive approximately $120,000 <br />per year durLn9 the next three-year fundin9 cycle. Of this amount, <br />28% ($33,600) must be used for the City's housin9 rehabilitation <br />program. ~his percentage was imposed by ~lameda County in order to <br />achieve the program's major 9oaZ of increasin9 and/or improvin9 a <br />City's housin9 stock. ~he remaLnin9 yearly balance of $86,400 may be <br />used for any project a city deems approprLate as lon9 as it meets HOD <br /> <br />~he proposed projects are 1Lsted below by both recommended program <br />year and the Human Services CommissLon ranking.
