(b) a temporary easement for construction purposes, to <br />expire f if teen (15) days after completion of the <br />construction of the storm drain, being a strip of land <br />fifteen (15) feet wide lying along the easterly side and <br />adjacent to the above described storm drain easement. <br />2. The easements granted herein are appurtenant to Parcel <br />B. The easements granted herein include incidental rights of <br />maintenance, repair, replacement and removal, which incidental <br />rights may be assigned by Grantees to any person, whether or not <br />such person has an ownership interest in Parcel B. <br />3. The easements granted herein are exclusive as to Parcel <br />B, and Grantors shall have no power to grant rights to such <br />easements for the benefit of any other parcel; however, Grantees <br />shall have the right to permit such use of the storm drain for <br />the benefit of parcels other than Parcel Bas may be necessary or <br />appropriate in connection with any development of such parcels; <br />and Grantees shall have the right to expand the storm drain as <br />required in connection for such use. Grantees shall be entitled <br />to such compensation from other users for such use as Grantees, <br />in their sole discretion; determine is appropriate. Grantors <br />shall not be entitled to any compensation in connection with any <br />such additional use. <br />4. This Agreement is the Grant of Easement referred to in <br />that certain ~~~nen~i c , ~ ~ement executed by Grantors and <br />Grantees on rr~~ .- 1985, and is subject to the <br />further terms a n forth therein. <br />5. This instrument shall bind and inure to the benefit of <br />the respective heirs, personal representatives and assigns of <br />Grantors and Grantees.
