GRAHAM and NANCY E. <br />GRAHAM, ("Grantors") to RALPH A. MARTIN and MARILYN E. LOGAN, <br />("Grantees"). <br />WHEREAS, Grantors are the owners of certain real property <br />described in Exhibit A hereto ("Parcel A"); and <br />WHEREAS, Grantees are the owners of certain real property <br />described in Exhibit B hereto ("Parcel B") ; and <br />A; <br />WHEREAS, Grantees desire to acquire certain rights in Parcel <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. For valuable consideration, Grantors hereby grant to <br />Grantees ~-` <br />(a) a perpetual fifteen (15) foot wide easement for <br />s*_orm drain purposes lying 7.50 feet on each side of the <br />following described center line: <br />COMMENCING at a point on the centerline of Vineyard Avenue, <br />Alameda County Road No. 2065, as shown on Record of Survey <br />No. 494, filed December 11, 1972 in Book 8 of Record of <br />Surveys, page 93, Alameda County Records, distant thereon <br />South 61° East 129.60 feet from the northwesterly corner of <br />the Molinaro Property; thence at right angles, North ~L9° <br />East 75.51 feet to the northerly line of Lot 15 as shown on <br />the "Map of the property of J. A. Rose", filed September 24, <br />1881, in Book 7 of Maps, page 50, Alameda County Records; <br />and <br />1 <br />
