RESOLUTION N0. 86-543 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-8, <br />HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK - PHASE II <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1986-8, Hacienda Business Park - Phase II, <br />this Council approves that certain reimbursement agreement between <br />the City of Pleasanton and THE PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF <br />AMERICA, dated November 18, 1986, and attached to this resolution. <br />The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br />s s <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 18th day of November, 1986. <br />AYES : Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br />JAMES R.
