II. Fee. Consultant shall be compensated as follows: <br /> <br /> Design Phase Lump Sum $20,000 <br /> Construction Staking Phase Lump Sum $ 1,250 <br /> <br /> Consultant will submit and City shall pay monthly invoices based on work <br /> completed to that point. When construction documents are completed as <br /> per item 5 E, described above, the remaining design fee shall be paid to <br /> the consultant. <br /> <br /> Consultant will submit and City shall pay monthly invoices for estimated <br /> percentage of construction staking services completed during the previous <br /> month, as may have been requested. Extra staking will be provided in <br /> accordance with the fee schedule attached as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />III. Extras. Expansion of the scope of work, including the following will be <br /> considered extras to the contract, and will be charged according to the <br /> Per Diem Schedule attached as Exhibit B. Includes: <br /> <br /> 1. Additional exhibits or Preliminary/Schematic Plans. <br /> <br /> 2. Addition to or revision of the job site. <br /> <br /> 3. Additional meetings with the City Staff or with the Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission. <br /> <br /> 4. Additional sets of prints of the working drawings or specifications <br /> required. <br /> <br /> 5. Additional survey work required to that described. <br /> <br /> 6. Site observation of construction work. <br /> <br /> <br />
