11. Prepare at least one cross section and/or plan enlargement illustrating <br /> proposed facilities, r'~ion~ to existing park features and off-site <br /> residences, etc. <br /> <br />12. Develop a preliminary cost opinion based on the preliminary development plan. <br /> <br />13. Meet with staff to review the plan and supporting graphics and cost <br /> opinion. <br /> <br />14. Revise and refine materials as necessary and prepare colored blackline <br /> prints of the graphics for public presentation. <br /> <br />15. Attend and participate in meetings as.necessary, with the Parks and <br /> Recreation Co~nission and City Council utilizing colored graphic materials. <br /> <br />PHASE II: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />16. Authorize and coordinate the services of appropriate sub-consultants <br /> (see "Exhibit B - List of Subconsultants"). <br /> <br />17. Undertake further field investigation and measurement as needed for <br /> preparing finalized base map at appropriate scale(s). <br /> <br />18. Prepare the following working drawings~ submitted for Staff review at <br /> 60% and 100% stages of completion: <br /> <br /> a. Staking and geometry plan <br /> b. Grading and removals plan <br /> c. Site utilities plan <br /> d. Restroom buildingsplan, elevations and details <br /> e. Lighting plan and details <br /> f. Irrigation pl~_m and details <br /> g. Planting plan and details <br /> <br />19. Prepare technical specifications ~ bid quantities in City nf Pleasanton <br /> format for staff review at 60% and 100% stages of completion. <br /> <br />20. Develop final opinion of cost for all proposed improvements. <br /> <br />21. Furnish City with up to thirty (30) sets of working drawings and specifica- <br /> tions. The final' cost opinion will be furnished to Staff for repro- <br /> duction by City.
