8. That the final plan for the design of Building #4 shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the Planning Commission <br /> and City Council prior to the issuance of any building permit <br /> for Building #4. Final plans for the rear elevations of <br /> Building #1 shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br /> Director prior to the issuance of a building permit for <br /> Building #1, with notice of the Planning Director action <br /> given to the Planning Commission, who may elect to review <br /> said plans at the next Planning Commission meeting following <br /> said notice. <br /> <br />9. That the compact parking spaces proposed along the east side <br /> of the common accessway leading from Hopyard Road to the <br /> Marriott site be replaced with standard sized parking spaces, <br /> and the building pad for Building #4 be moved back <br /> accordingly. <br /> <br />10. That the applicant submit final plans on the design and color <br /> scheme of the flagpoles and pennants for review and approval <br /> by.the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> <br />11. That the applicant submit the final design of the sign <br /> program for review and approval by the Planning Director <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />12. That all signs shall be limited to the tenant name and/or <br /> generic business name only. <br /> <br />13. That developer shall reconstruct a portion of the median <br /> island in Chabot Drive, if, and as, required by the City <br /> Engineer to effect a safe left turn movement into the site <br /> from Chabot Drive. <br /> <br />14. The minimum radii for the on-site drive curb shall meet the <br /> requirements of the Fire Marshal and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />15.
