Section 2. 'To do all work herein provided to be done by <br /> Railroads in fulfillment of their obligations hereunder with their <br /> own employees, working under Railroad Labor Agreements and on a force <br /> account basis. <br /> <br /> Section 3. 'Each Railroad will submit to the City all monthly <br />progress billings for work performed by it, in detail, segregated as <br />to labor and material for each item of work performed and material <br />supplied by it as set forth in its Material and Force Account Estimate <br />and to submit one final and complete billing in the manner set forth <br />in Union Pacific Manager-Billing & Contracts Bulletin No. 14-30 dated <br />October 26, 1973, or the Interstate Commerce Commission's System of <br />Accounts for Railroads. Bulletin 14-30 is incorporated herein by this <br />reference and made a part hereof. The amounts set forth in this <br />agreement are estimates only and actual costs to the Railroads shall <br />govern and the applicable amounts subject to reimbursement shall be <br />reimbursed by the City to the Railroads whether estimated or not. <br />"Actual cost" is defined to include the cost to the Railroads of <br />material and labor plus customary additives, less salvage, if any. <br />Bills rendered by the Railroads shall be supported by itemized invoices <br />showing unit prices on materials and unit rates on equipment, and the <br />City agrees to pay the Railroads the amount of each such bill (monthly <br />progress or final and complete) in thirty (30) days of the receipt <br />thereof by the City. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> <br /> In consideration of the covenants of Railroads herein contained, <br />the City agrees: <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
