12. While calls normally will be assigned on a rotational basis, the <br /> Pleasanton Police Department will retain the option of calling other tow <br /> operators whenever the volume of tows dictates, or whenever the <br /> appropriate operator is unable to respond. <br /> <br />13. The tow service will furnish satisfactory evidence of liability insurance <br /> providing adequate protection of disabled vehicles and any property con- <br /> tained in such vehicles while being towed and during storage.
