Detailed studies of prototypical conditons (approx. 8 <br /> conditions). <br /> <br /> 4. Prepare landscape and tree. planting palette for all <br /> conditions, based on city's preliminary palette. <br /> <br /> 5. Prepare budget evaluation to include installation and <br /> life cycle maintenance costs. <br /> <br /> 6. Recommend phasing and implementation priorities. <br /> <br /> <br />
