California 94566 Gentlemen: The EnSineerin8 Division of your Department of Public Works, in cooperation with Biasell & Karn, Inc., oriSinated a request for an easement for a right-of-way for road and public service purposes on lands of the United States designated as Wellfield ~1 of PRFTA. an off-base facility of PRFTA. The easement is required in connection with your proposal to extend Stoneridge Drive across Wellfield #1 to Santa Rita Road. That request, as modified by the "new alignment" for StoneridSe Drive approved and adopted by the City of Pleasanton earlier this year. has been approved in principle by Headquarters. US Army Forces Command. In view of its urgent necessity, the City of Pleasanton is hereby authorized to enter upon and start work on the proposed easement riBht-of-way and minimal temporary work areas, subject to the following. a. That work to be accomplished and improvements to be established by the City of Pleasanton are those set forth in the letter dated April 25. 1986 from Biasell and Karn, Inc. to the Deputy Director of EnSineerinB and HousinS, Presidio of San Francisco, California (PSF). and such other work and improvements as may be mutually acceptable to the City of Pleasanton and the Commanders of PSF and PRFTA. b. That City a~rees to accept the terms and conditions of the enclosed standard Department of the Army Easement For Road Or Street (ENG Form 547) substantially as printed and, pendinB execution of the formal instrument, be bound in its provisions.
