CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-462 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF RIGHT TO ENTER AND CONSTRUCT PERMIT FROM <br /> THE U. S. ARMY FOR THE STONERIDGE DRIVE. EXTENSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Right to Enter and Construct <br /> from the U. S. Army to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, for purposes of the Stoneridge Drive <br /> extension from West Las Positas Boulevard to Santa Rita <br /> Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 7, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 86:435) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this right to enter and construct is in the public <br /> interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Right to Enter and Construct from the U. S. Army <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for the Stoneridge Drive <br /> extension is hereby accepted and the appropriate City <br /> officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above right to <br /> enter and construct. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 7, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None ....
