The 438-square-foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 2,330 square feet. The lot size is <br />11, 799 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 16 percent, and the addition will <br />increase the floor area ratio to 19.7 percent. <br />PADR-1903, Cynthia Cuilty <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />426-square-foot second-floor addition and an approximately 48-square-foot first-floor <br />addition to the existing residence located at 6143 Corte Padre. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 1,241 square feet. The 474-square-foot <br />additions will bring the total floor area to 1, 715 square feet. The lot size is <br />3, 679 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 33.7 percent, and the addition <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 46.6 percent. <br />PUD-87-22-02M, J. Michael Horton, Architect, for Church of Latter Day Saints <br />Application for a minor modification to an approved development plan, <br />Case PUD-87-22, to construct an approximately 1,53-square-foot pavilion to be located <br />at the edge of the parking lot in the rear yard, different from a previously approved rear <br />yard location, at the property located at 3574 Vineyard Avenue. <br />Approved. <br />
