CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-435 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO HACIENDA <br /> BUSINESS PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR METAL ARCHES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to construct the metal arches to conform with <br /> the overall design of Hacienda Business Park, it is <br /> necessary to obtain a grant of easement from the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1986, the Assistant City <br /> Attorney presented a proposed Grant of Easement for <br /> Council review; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Grant of Easement, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, and authorizes the Mayor to execute the Grant <br /> of Easement. The appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said Grant of Easement. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 16, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None I/ ~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> FRANK C.
