(b) That said reinstated permit shall lapse and <br />be of no further effect unless A. Glen Overpack <br />or his successor in interest submit to the <br />Planning Commission for its review within the <br />time provided for in (a) above a proposed site <br />plan revision acceptable to the Planning <br />Commission; provided, however, that the Planning <br />Commission shall consider said revised site plan <br />in light of the existing improvements on the <br />parcel to which the reinstated permit herein <br />applies in order that a site plan as consistent <br />as possible with Ordie~ance No. 520 and with <br />current mobile home planning practice be <br />developed consistent with the substantial <br />reliance by A. Glen Overpack upon the condi- <br />tional use permit granted under Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 730. <br />(c) That the appeal filed on behalf of A.
