B. Growth Management Fee <br /> <br /> As required by Section 2(d) of Appendix A to Resolution No. <br />82-66, the Developer will contribute $525 per unit to the City's <br />Capital Improvement Fund and $400 per unit to the City's Housing <br />Fund, such fees to be paid at the time of securing building <br />permits. <br /> <br /> C. Public Needs <br /> <br /> In consideration of the additional public needs created by <br />the housing in Subject Property and not fully paid for by Growth <br />Management and other applicable fees, Developer agrees to contri- <br />bute $750 per unit for use in community projects made necessary <br />by ongoing residential development in Pleasanton, such contribu- <br />tion to be made at the time of securing building permits. <br /> <br /> In the event of changes in City priorities or policies, the <br />City may redirect the public needs contribution to other communi- <br />ty projects made necessary by ongoing residential development in <br />Pleasanton. In that event, City will work with the Developer to <br />establish a reasonable time and manner of payments. <br /> <br /> D. Pro3ects in Lieu of Fees <br /> <br /> Upon mutual agreement by the City and Developer, Developer <br /> may construct discrete public project or projects in the vicinity <br /> <br /> -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
