5. Water Supply and Distribution System The 12" cast iron water main in Sunol Blvd. should be extended across the entire Sunol Blvd. frontage of the developer's property. II Final approval of the water supply and distribution system should be withheld until the developer has submitted engineering calculations and has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the service area and generally meets the long -range requirements for the water system in this area.k The water line shown along lot lines in the northeast corner of the subdivision and serving lots 23 and 24 should be eliminated in favor of a line across the entire Amber Lane frontage. 2K 6. Storm Drainage System -The e-teret d re# a nded t na t e the two vel ley- Final approval of the storm drainage system should be withheld until the developez hes demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the tributary areas under fully developed conditions, and that the downstream system is adequate and easements are provided. • 7. Electric Power Distribution, Street Lighting and Telephone Service System In accordance with Article 8, Ordinance No. 358, the Planning CommissLc must specify the method of installation of public utilities at the time of approval of Ml a Tentative Map. It is recommended that streamlined underground swifts be used in this development. 8. Easements It is recommended that all in -tract easements be granted as public service easements with no reference to specific use. 9. Other Ordinances Unless specifically modified by the Planning Commission at the time 04 approval of this Tentative Map, the development shall conform to all . applicable ordinances and regulations of the City of Pleasanton and all her agencies having jurisdiction.
