5. Water Supply and Distribution System <br />The 12" cast iron water main in Sunol Blvd. should be extended across <br />the entire Sunol Blvd. frontage of the developer's property. <br />II Final approval of the water supply and distribution system should be <br />withheld until the developer has submitted engineering calculations <br />and has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />proposed system is adequate for the service area and generally meets <br />the long -range requirements for the water system in this area.k <br />The water line shown along lot lines in the northeast corner of the <br />subdivision and serving lots 23 and 24 should be eliminated in favor <br />of a line across the entire Amber Lane frontage. <br />2K <br />6. Storm Drainage System <br />-The e-teret d re# a nded t na t e the two <br />vel ley- <br />Final approval of the storm drainage system should be withheld until <br />the developez hes demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate for the tributary areas <br />under fully developed conditions, and that the downstream system is <br />adequate and easements are provided. <br />• <br />7. Electric Power Distribution, Street Lighting and Telephone Service <br />System <br />In accordance with Article 8, Ordinance No. 358, the Planning CommissLc <br />must specify the method of installation of public utilities at the time <br />of approval of Ml a Tentative Map. It is recommended that streamlined <br />underground swifts be used in this development. <br />8. Easements <br />It is recommended that all in -tract easements be granted as public <br />service easements with no reference to specific use. <br />9.
