SERVICES AGREEMENT EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SERVICE (ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP) This is a Fee for Services Agreement entered into pursuan~ to Section 15 of the current Joint Powers Agreement for Intergovernmental Employee Relations Services. 1. Parties: The parties to this agreement are the Intergovernmental Employee Relations Service Program (Service) and the City of Pleasanton (City). 2. Purpose: The purpose of this agreement is to provide the City with information, research and assistance relevant to the conduct of its employee relations functions. 3. Basic Services: During the term of this agreement, the Service shall render to the City all Basic Services as set forth in Section 10 (Basic Services) of the JPA, with the exception of Section 10(c) relating to completion of the Annual League of California Cities Compensation Survey or any replacement service. 4. Fee: City fee for Basic Services provided under this agreement shall be $2,790 for the fiscal year ending July 1, 1987. This fee represents 90% of the twelve-month fee applicable to Full Members in Fee Group VI as set forth in the attached Fee Schedule. The City shall pay the fee for Basic Services in full within thirty (30) days of execution of this agreement. 5. Special Services: The City may also request services over and above those set forth in Section 10 of the Joint Powers Agreement. Such services are as defined in Section 11 (Special Services) of the JPA. The fees for such services shall be established under Section 7 of the JPA and presently range from $45.00 to $55.00 per professional staff hour, payable within thirty (30) days of billing.
