This commitment will fund approved <br /> public projects which will benefit the Sports Park and North <br /> Pleasanton Parks and Recreation Facilities. All such <br /> expenditures will require the mutual written approval by <br /> Brian Swift or nominee for the City of Pleasanton, and Earle <br /> Conklin or nominee for Prudential/Callahan Pentz Properties. <br /> <br /> This letter will also confirm the understanding reached at a <br /> meeting in City offices between yourself, Bob Okamura, <br /> Christopher Owens and myself on June 20, 1986. We agreed <br /> that Prudential will draw upon the $250,000 commitment to <br /> fund a preliminary traffic study. The preliminary traffic <br /> study shall identify, in concept, alternative mitigation <br /> measures which might alleviate congestion on Sports Park <br /> Drive and Park Side Drive. This study shall not exceed <br /> $5,000 in cost. <br /> <br /> Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement and return <br /> one signed copy of this letter to me.
