J. Sanitary Sewer System <br />Calculations to be submitted as required by Section 6.03(c) <br />of Ord. No. 358 either with final plans or before. Final <br />approval of Sanitary Sewer System to be made by City <br />Engineer after receipt of said calculations. <br />k. Storm Drainage <br />A condition of approval shall be execution by the developer <br />.of-a Mutual Benefit District Agreement with the City for <br />reimbursement to the developer on a proportionate use basis <br />of the cost of the main storm drain line carrying runoff <br />from the areas upstream from this development. Developer <br />to provide the necessary data. <br />1. The Tentative Nap was approved with a new boundary with the <br />understanding that the addition of a public school site <br />in the Planned Unit Development area, but outside of this <br />approved Tentative Nap, must recognize and provide equiva- <br />lent park facilities in keeping with the original intent <br />of the Annexation Agreement dated March 4, 1963, and the <br />Planned Unit Development approved development plans which <br />are a part of said agreement. <br />m. Unless specifically modified by the Planning Commission in <br />the approval of this Tentative Map, the development shall <br />conform to all applicable ordinances and regulations of the <br />City of Pleasanton and all other agencies having Juris- <br />diction. <br />n.
