PLANNING COI2ILSSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO 221 <br />The Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2481 having come before this <br />Commission,as provided by Ordinance 358, is hereby approved, with the <br />following modifications and conditions: <br />A. Modification to Ordinance No. 358, as provided by Article 9. <br />Modified Section 7.04 in order to allow the property line diameter on cul- <br />de -sacs to be 90 feet rather than 100 feet on Type "B" streets for Tract <br />2481. <br />B. Conditions of abprovat of tentative Man Tract 1481, <br />1. Street Classifications - The classifications as indicated by street <br />width on the Tentative Map are approved with the following changes: <br />a. Mirador Drive shall be continued northerly from its present end <br />with the same section to Del Sol Avenue, and the transition shall <br />be made at that point. <br />b. Oro Fino Court and Chablis Court shall be increased to a 46 -foot <br />right -of -way width. <br />c. Touriga Avenue southerly from the creek to Zinfandel Drive shall <br />be increased to a 60 -foot right- of-way width. <br />d. Zinfandel Drive east of Chardonnay is approved as a minor resi- <br />dential street with the sidewalks omitted. <br />e. The intersections of Hillview and Grenache and Hillview and <br />Brandywine shall be channelised and the right.- of -way shall be <br />flared for additional stacking lanes as required by the City <br />Engineer. <br />2. Street Names - The following street banes are not approved and shall <br />be replaced with new names subject to staff approval: Rhine, <br />Champagne, Tokay, Muscatel and Brandywine. Kottinger Avenue, <br />Grenache Avenue and Touriga Avenue shall all be changed to "Drives ". <br />3. Grading Plans - Rough grading plans shall be submitted for the ap- <br />proval of the City Engineer on any areas where the average slope <br />exceeds 5%, prior to approval of the final map covering those areas. <br />
