PARK RESERVE FORCES TRAINING AREA <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> (GSA INVENTORY CONTROL NO. 9-D-CA-574E) <br /> <br /> (CITY OF PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA) <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> EASEMENT <br /> <br />Also, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Government property will not be landlocked and <br /> paved access roads and driveways will be installed at <br /> existing access points. <br /> <br />2. That the existing chain link fence which surrounds the <br /> Government property with barbed wire will be relocated to <br /> the back of the 33-foot public service easement. That the <br /> site will be secured during construction. <br /> <br />3. That all the proposed roadway improvements, landscaping, <br /> utility work, and applicable appurtenances shall be <br /> accomplished at no cost to General Services Administration, <br /> the U.S. Army, or their assignees. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said premises, with <br />the improvements thereof, unto the said GRANTEE, its successor <br />and assigns forever. <br /> <br />PROVIDED FURTHER, in the event the GRANTEE for two (2) <br />consecutive years fails to use said easement, or any part <br />thereof, or in the event the GRANTEE abandons any or all of said <br />easement, or fails to comply with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this conveyance, then the GRANTOR, or its <br />successors or assigns, may terminate said easement, in whole or <br />in part, by giving written notice of such termination to the <br />GRANTEE, and said termination shall be effective as of the date <br />of such written notice. <br /> <br /> <br />
