PARK RESERVE FORCES TRAINING AREA <br />PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA <br />(GSA INVENTORY CONTROL NO. 9-D-CA-574E) <br /> <br />(CITY OF PLEAS~NTON, CALIFORNIA) <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> EASEMENT <br /> <br />THIS INDENTURE, made the 19th day of June, 1986, between the <br />UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the <br />Administrator of General Services, under and pursuant to the <br />powers and authority contained in the provisions of the Federal <br />Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Star. 377), <br />as amended, and regulations and orders promulgated thereunder, <br />party of the first part, as GRANTOR, and the City of Pleasanton, <br />a political subdivision, State of California, GRANTEE. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of <br />the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in lawful money of the United <br />States of America, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has <br />remised, released and forever quitclaimed, and by these presents <br />does remise, release and forever quitclaim, unto the said <br />GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns two perpetual easements <br />hereinafter referred to as a roadway easement, more particularly <br />described in Exhibit A, and a landscape and public service <br />easement, more particularly described in Exhibit B; together <br />with a temporary slope and construction easement, more <br />particularly described in Exhibit C; and the attached map marked <br />Exhibit D. All of these Exhibits prepared by Mark Thomas and <br />Company, Inc., Civil Engineers, and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Subject to all easements, whether recorded or unrecorded, <br />across, along, over, or under, the above described land, <br />belonging to or in any way vested in others or in the United <br />States of America, as the same shall now exist. <br /> <br /> SAID PROPERTY transferred hereby was duly determined to be <br />surplus, and was assigned to the General Services Administration <br />for disposal pursuant to the Federal Property and Administrative <br />Services Act of 1949 (63 Star. 377), as amended, and applicable <br />rules, orders and regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
