PARK RESERVE FORCES TRAINING AREA PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA (GSA INVENTORY CONTROL NO. 9-D-CA-574E) (CITY OF PLEAS~NTON, CALIFORNIA) Page 1 EASEMENT THIS INDENTURE, made the 19th day of June, 1986, between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Administrator of General Services, under and pursuant to the powers and authority contained in the provisions of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Star. 377), as amended, and regulations and orders promulgated thereunder, party of the first part, as GRANTOR, and the City of Pleasanton, a political subdivision, State of California, GRANTEE. WITNESSETH: That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in lawful money of the United States of America, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released and forever quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and forever quitclaim, unto the said GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns two perpetual easements hereinafter referred to as a roadway easement, more particularly described in Exhibit A, and a landscape and public service easement, more particularly described in Exhibit B; together with a temporary slope and construction easement, more particularly described in Exhibit C; and the attached map marked Exhibit D. All of these Exhibits prepared by Mark Thomas and Company, Inc., Civil Engineers, and made a part hereof. Subject to all easements, whether recorded or unrecorded, across, along, over, or under, the above described land, belonging to or in any way vested in others or in the United States of America, as the same shall now exist. SAID PROPERTY transferred hereby was duly determined to be surplus, and was assigned to the General Services Administration for disposal pursuant to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Star. 377), as amended, and applicable rules, orders and regulations.
