C. Change the Department of Motor Vehicles site on <br />West Las Positas Boulevard west of Hopyard Road <br />from Commercial and Offices to Public and Institutional. <br />D. Change the westernmost two school sites in the <br />Del Prado area and the 10 acre High Density Resi- <br />dential site west of Valley Avenue between Hansen <br />Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz to Medium Density Resi- <br />dential. <br />E. Change 10 acres of the Medium Density Residential <br />property located on the west side of the extension <br />of Valley Avenue in the Del Prado area to High Density <br />Residential in such a manner that High Density Resi- <br />dential would then extend from Hansen Drive northeast- <br />ward to the proposed tennis center park at Hopyard Road <br />and Valley Avenue. <br />F. Add a 5 acre neighborhood park to the western part of <br />the Del Prado area. <br />G. Change the 40 acre high school site on Sycamore Road <br />to Low Density Residential. <br />H. Change the area between Sycamore Road High School site <br />and Sunol Boulevard from Medium Density Residential to <br />Low Density Residential. <br />I. Change the approximately 1.1 acre site located between <br />the extension of Pico Avenue and St. Augustine's Catholic <br />Church from Medium Density Residential to High Density <br />Residential. <br />J. Change the 9.4 acre site located at the northeast corner <br />of Vineyard-Tawny-Pico intersection from Public and Insti- <br />tutional to Medium Density Residential. <br />K. Change all relative flat land (under approximately 10~ <br />slope) lying southeast of St. Augustine's Catholic <br />Church from Open Space for Public Health and Safety to <br />Low Density Residential. This area shall not exceed <br />100 acres in size. <br />L. Extend Railroad Avenue from Spring Street to Ray Street. <br />M. Change the east side of First Street from Abbie Street <br />to Kottinger from High Density Residential to Medium <br />Density Residential. <br />N. Change the approximately 4 acre Deetz property located at <br />the north end of Pleasanton Avenue from Medium Density <br />Residential to High Density Residential. <br />O.
