PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1932 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR MARCIA MEYERS <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-35. <br />WHEREAS, Marcia Meyers has applied for a conditional use permit <br />which would allow the operation of a cocktail lounge at <br />the newly constructed commercial center located in the <br />northernmost building at the corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 14, 1981 at which time <br />all public testimony and exhibits were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-35 subject <br />to the conditions shown on the staff report of 1/14/81, <br />- attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, <br />because all of the findings as listed thereon were made. <br />Section 2.
