Street Improvements <br />Condition No. 2 <br />Type A. A forty-four foot (44') wide curb-to-curb <br />street with a marked centerline and with six inches (6") <br />from curb to right-of-way line on each side. This <br />street can function initially as a two lane street with <br />parking on each side. At such time in the future as <br />increased traffic warrants, it can be revised by addi- <br />tional striping and by the addition of no-parking signs <br />to provide for two lanes in each direction. This is <br />intended primarily for the light industrial areas. <br />Condition No. 3 <br />That the street sections listed above be used for the <br />following sections of the following streets: <br />Street Section <br />A Street Johnson to first curve <br />A Street Curve to B Court <br />A Street B Court to south pro- <br /> perty line <br />B Court All <br />Curb to Curb Width <br />52' <br />52' <br />44' <br />Condition No. 8 <br />That the developer terminate the centerline of A Street <br />at the south property line at a P.I, point to be deter- <br />mined by the City Engineer (approximately 280 ft. from <br />the most southeasterly property corner of the site), and <br />in a centerline radius to be determined by the City <br />Engineer (approximately 400 ft.). <br />Grading __ _. <br />Cond t on No. 2 <br />That the minimum grade for gutter flow lines for the public <br />streets within this development be set at 0.5$ or as other- <br />wise required and approved by the City Engineer. <br />Section 3.
