Street Improvements Condition No. 2 Type A. A forty-four foot (44') wide curb-to-curb street with a marked centerline and with six inches (6") from curb to right-of-way line on each side. This street can function initially as a two lane street with parking on each side. At such time in the future as increased traffic warrants, it can be revised by addi- tional striping and by the addition of no-parking signs to provide for two lanes in each direction. This is intended primarily for the light industrial areas. Condition No. 3 That the street sections listed above be used for the following sections of the following streets: Street Section A Street Johnson to first curve A Street Curve to B Court A Street B Court to south pro- perty line B Court All Curb to Curb Width 52' 52' 44' Condition No. 8 That the developer terminate the centerline of A Street at the south property line at a P.I, point to be deter- mined by the City Engineer (approximately 280 ft. from the most southeasterly property corner of the site), and in a centerline radius to be determined by the City Engineer (approximately 400 ft.). Grading __ _. Cond t on No. 2 That the minimum grade for gutter flow lines for the public streets within this development be set at 0.5$ or as other- wise required and approved by the City Engineer. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
