PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 195r, A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4788 AS PROPOSED BY REYNOLDS AND BROWN WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for tentative map approval for a 23 lot subdivision o£ the approximately 56 acre site located just west of Hopyard Road and south of Johnson Drive (behind Denny's, Hungry Hunter, etc.); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development Industrial/Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held February 17, 1981 at which time all public testimony and documents were considered; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities requested that a portion of the staff report submitted by Engineering Services be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that Tentative Map Tract 4788 is in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves Tentative Map Tract 4788 subject to the con- ditions of the Staff Report and Report from Engineering Services dated 2/17/81, with the following amendments: Engineering Services 2/17/81 General Condition No. 1 That the developer dedicate, in fee, to the City for street right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended to be public streets and shown on the tentative map as A Street, B Court, and the applicable Johnson Drive widening or in the alternative these rights-of-way may be purchased at their fair market value through a special assessment district for subdivision improvements if approved by the Citv Council pursuant to Section of the uovernment ~oae.
