Environmental Impact Reports in order to determine if a <br />Negative Declaration is appropriate for the project and <br />what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to <br />ensure that the project will not have a significant <br />impact upon the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and <br />Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and determines <br />that the project requested in Tentative Map Tract 4781 <br />would not have any significant effects on the environment <br />to require the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 17th day of February, 1981 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: February 17, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert C.
