Christmas tree sales - CUP. <br />28. The following standards shall be utilized in the <br />design and construction of all buildings on the site: <br />a. The front setback of all buildings shall be <br />consistent with the requirements of condition <br />number 6 hereof; side setbacks may be reduced <br />to zero feet where a minimum of 20 ft. is main- <br />tained on one side; the minimum distance between <br />buildings shall be 40 ft. unless directly abutted <br />by another structure, and rear setbacks may be <br />zero feet depending upon the location of adjacent <br />structures. <br />b. Walls, driveways, parking, landscaping and the <br />exteriors of all buildings shall at all times <br />be maintained in good condition. All painted <br />surfaces shall be kept properly painted in <br />colors approved by the Design Review Board. <br />Unimproved property shall be maintained in a <br />sightly condition, free of weeds and debris <br />at all times. <br />c. Attention shall be paid to building location <br />on the site for maximum sight efficiency and <br />aesthetic relationship to adjacent existing <br />buildings. <br />
