Negative Declaration is appropriate for the project and
what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to
ensure that the project will not have a significant
impact upon the environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of
Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and
Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for Negative
Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and determines
that the project requested in Tract 4385 would not have any
significant effects.on the environment to require the
preparation of an Environmental Impact Report since any
adverse effects are capable of being mitigated.
Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain aspects of
the project as having potential significant adverse
environmental effects, said effects can be rendered
insignificant by the inclusion of Condition No. 4 of
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1969.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton
on the 11th day of March 1981 by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and
Chairperson Wilson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
DATE: March 11, 1981
Robert J. orris, Secretary
i /
DeWitt Wi son, C irperson
APPROVED AS TO FORM:
f.~~
Garvey E. vine, City Attorney
-2-
