PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1968 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR TRACT 4385 FILED BY MACKAY HOMES, INC. WHEREAS, Mackay Homes, Inc., has applied for approval of a 25 lot single family residential subdivision for Tract 4385; and WHEREAS, the 7.4 acre site is located at the intersection of Valley Avenue and Hansen Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 11, 1981 at which time all pertinent documents and testimony were reviewed; and WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of March 11, 1981 received the Initial Study and proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated March 11, 1981 regarding the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the determinations required by Section 5.4(e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the Planning Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had previously been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff report and public input, the Planning Commission reviewed the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports in order to determine if a
