57. That when grading work and/or soils compaction is <br />being done, the developer shall have a soils engineer <br />on the site at all times during the construction <br />of all public improvements on the subject property. <br />58. That the developer shall provide adequate bike <br />storage facilities throughout the subject property. <br />59. That whenever possible any business on the subject <br />property shall institute a van pool program and <br />stagger work hours to reduce peak traffic generation. <br />60. That bus stops and shelters shall be provided on <br />or adjacent to the subject property as needed. <br />61. That all commercial structures shall be designed <br />so that interior noise levels shall not be higher <br />than 55 dBA Leq during business hours and tha"t the <br />motel shall be designed so that the interior noise <br />level will not be higher than 45 dBA Ldn. <br />62. That because the subject property will be subdivided <br />and at least parts of it sold at a later date, the <br />ordinance approving case PUD-80-2, or an abstract <br />thereof, shall be recorded in the office of the <br />Alameda County Recorder so that it shall be clear <br />that all conditions of approval of this case run <br />with the land. <br />63. That the developer dedicate, to the City for street <br />right-of-way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets. <br />64. That if the portions of the loop roads through the <br />San Francisco Water Department property are not con- <br />structed, the two connector roads between the loop <br />roads shall be realigned to tie to the two Valley <br />access points. <br />65. That improvements for access to and from the sewer <br />pump station site from the projects interior streets <br />and any required utility connections be provided by <br />the developer at no cost to the City. <br />66. That unless revised by the City Engineer upon review <br />of a traffic engineering study, no median opening shall <br />be provided on Bernal Avenue except at Valley Avenue. <br />67. That the developer shall design, install and fully <br />pay for a signal at the intersection of Bernal and <br />Valley Avenue. <br />/// <br />-12- <br />
